When will I receive my puzzle?
Most orders received before 1:00 p.m. EST are processed the same day or next morning. Expected delivery within the continental United States is approximately 5-7 business days from the date your order is placed. Shipping days are M-F and do not include legal holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Jujume, Inc. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
I need my order ASAP. Do you have expedited shipping?
Yes, but it can be quite expensive. Check your cart for shipping options.
How will I know when my puzzle is shipped?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
How much will my shipping cost?
Most orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA. To see your exact shipping costs, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and enter your address. You can review shipping costs and options before submitting your order.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75! (Alaska, Hawaii and Canada not eligible for free shipping) Free shipping does not apply to multiple addresses. Only orders shipped to a single address are eligible.
How will my package be shipped?
Standard shipping and free shipping orders are usually shipped via the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.), Federal Express or United Parcel Service. Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via U.S.P.S. Jujume reserves the right to use another carrier for effective delivery of your packages.
Does Jujume ship outside the United States?
Jujume, Inc. currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and most of Canada. We do not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order prior to shipping please contact our customer service representatives at 404-429-6039 between 9:00 am - 4:30 pm EST. Unfortunately, we can't cancel your order once it is shipped. You do have the option to return your purchase and you can contact us if you have questions about your order. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
Returns/Refunds
What can I return?
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping charges. You must receive authorization before returning an item.

How will my refund be issued?
Your refund will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment.
When will I get my refund?
Most refunds take place within 3-5 business days after we receive and process your return, but can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Will my shipping be refunded?
Shipping is non-refundable once an order has shipped. Please make sure the address is correct before placing an order. If you received free shipping and the order is returned due to an undeliverable shipping address, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. When choosing your shipping method, please be aware that holidays can result in mail delays. Jujume, Inc. does not refund shipping due to items arriving later than expected.

Returning a Defective Product
Jujume, Inc. takes great pride in the quality of our puzzles and customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We go to great lengths to ensure that every puzzle meets our high standards. Should your puzzle have a material or workmanship defect, we will gladly replace the same puzzle. To return a defective puzzle, please complete the form below. You will receive an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions.
